The DPC (Decanter Process Controller) is our proprietary electronic board developed by CBB Decanter to provide advanced management of the separation process for 2- and 3-phase decanters. Designed and programmed in-house, it uses two microcontrollers (ST-Microelectronics) programmed in Assembly language, ensuring maximum calculation speed, precise control, management of complex algorithms, and optimization of digital and analog signal acquisition. The DPC monitors all critical variables in the dehydration process, manages alarms, and allows the machine to operate safely, always at peak performance, and completely automatically.

CBB Decanter’s DPC is a custom-designed electronic board, designed like a “tailor-made suit”: each unit is calibrated to the specific needs of the system and the parameters requested by the customer. The hardware and software architecture, developed in-house, allows for the fully automatic management of complete and complex systems. Thanks to the expertise gained through years of applied engineering, the DPC guarantees precise and continuous process control. Interfaces with PLC, SCADA, and 4.0 systems are via the MODBUS TCP/IP protocol, ensuring complete integration and advanced customer supervision. CBB also offers remote control/assistance, allowing for diagnosis, parameter modification, work cycle optimization, and system monitoring if necessary.
