The CBB Decanter variable speed transmission combines an electric motor and a closed circuit hydraulic pump/motor to precisely adjust the speed of the drum and the differential with the auger. The possibility of continuously intervening on the rotation parameters makes it particularly suitable for processes with materials with variable characteristics, such as civil and industrial sludge, products with non-constant density or applications in which controlling the dryness of the solid fraction is a critical requirement. This configuration provides constant power\torque at any differential rpm needed for correct separation.
